21世纪的人才培养核心素养在全球化后出现较大的变化,这也是许多国家和地区所共同提出,并实际进行教育改革的。因此新型的小学英语教育课堂应该将传授知识为目的,转变为改变思维为目的,这也就是培养学生知育和智育的区别,也就是前者仅强调知识的传授,只需要简单的复述和记忆教师所教内容而后者主要在于启迪学生智慧,帮助学生重新认识知识,并学会自主学习。而后者的这种教育方式也被称为学习共同体,是小学英语高校化教学的重要模式。

In the 21 st century,the core quality of talent training has changed greatly after globalization,which is also proposed by many countries and regions and actually carried out educational reform.Therefore,the new primary school English education classroom should change the teaching of knowledge to the change of thinking.This is the difference between knowledge education and intellectual education.In other words,the former only emphasizes the imparting of knowledge,and only needs simple retelling and memorizing what the teacher has taught.The latter mainly aims at enlightening students’wisdom,helping them re understand knowledge and learning autonomously.The latter is also known as the learning community,which is an important mode of primary school English teaching.
