摘要
小组合作模式在初中班级德育管理的应用实践中,可以让班级小组之间形成竞争与合作关系,小组成员之间发挥自身优势,积极地展现自我,共同努力完成各类学习与班级任务,能够更好培养学生集体主义精神、责任意识和竞争精神,有利于学生之间取长补短,互相学习与共同进步。本文主要从科学合理组建小组和进行任务分工,制定班级量化考核细则和小组公约,加强小组文化建设以及培养荣誉感,培养学生自我管理能力和进行评价共四个方面进行研究,探究小组合作模式应用于初中班级德育管理的实践策略。
In the application of group cooperation mode in moral education management of junior high school classes,it can form a competition and cooperation relationship between classes and groups.Members of the group play their own advantages,actively show themselves,and work together to complete all kinds of learning and class tasks.It can better cultivate students’collective spirit,sense of responsibility and competitive spirit,and help students learn from each other Learn from each other and make progress together.This paper mainly from the scientific and reasonable formation of groups and task division,the development of class quantitative assessment rules and group conventions,strengthen the construction of group culture and cultivate the sense of honor,cultivate students’self-management ability and evaluation,and explore the practical strategy of group cooperation model applied to junior high school class moral education management.
