小学是学生养成各种习惯的时期,非常重要,对于整个人生也是非常关键的时刻。在这个时期里他们刚刚步入陌生的学校,对这个陌生的环境一切都是未知的,对老师也不了解。家,是小孩子刚出生时首先接触到的陌生环境,家庭的教育是所有教育的开端,可能影响着学生一生的学习能力和性格问题。学校教育和家庭教育都是教育者,两者的目标一致,因此行动也相同。国内的教育专家普遍都认为:在当今这个时代,只靠教师已经不能独立解决学生在学习教育过程中遇到的教育问题!现代教育要求学校和家长们的积极参与互相合作。因此小学教师与家长的沟通显得至关重要。

Primary school is a period for students to form various habits,which is very important and also a critical moment for the whole life.In this period,they have just entered a strange school,the strange environment is unknown,do not know about the teacher.Home is a strange environment that children first come into contact with when they are just born.Family education is the beginning of all education,which may affect students’learning ability and personality problems in their whole life.Both school education and family education are educators with the same goal and therefore the same action.Domestic education experts generally believe that in today’s era,teachers alone can not solve the educational problems encountered by students in the process of learning and education!Modern education requires schools and parents to actively participate in and cooperate with each other.Therefore,the communication between primary school teachers and parents is very important.
