如何做好农村初中留守儿童的教育管理工作

How to do a Good job in the Education and Management of Left Behind Children in Rural Junior High Schools

摘要 农村留守儿童由于父母需要外出打工等情况而缺少直接照顾,他们常常生活在年龄较大的长辈身边,导致这些孩子无法得到正确的心理教育与学习教育。他们在课堂上常常会受到其他同学的排挤等情况,导致他们容易产生一系列的负面心理情绪,极易影响他们的身心健康发展。因此,老师要正确做好农村留守儿童的教育管理工作,通过建立良好的师生关系,从而使他们放下心里设置的防线,帮助他们得到身心健康成长。另外,老师也要将自身的教学方法多样化,加强与学生家长之间的联系使学生可以在老师的帮助下感受到家的温暖。 The rural left behind children lack of direct care because their parents need to go out to work and so on. They often live by the older elders,which makes them unable to get the correct psychological education and learning education. They are often excluded by other students in the classroom,which leads to a series of negative psychological emotions,which easily affects their physical and mental health development. Therefore,teachers should do a good job in the education and management of rural left behind children,through the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students,so that they can put down the defense line set in their hearts and help them get healthy growth in body and mind. In addition,teachers should also diversify their teaching methods,strengthen the contact with parents,so that students can feel the warmth of home with the help of teachers.
