学前教育管理中家长“四权”的行使现状及困境

The Present Situation and Predicament of Parents’ “Four Rights”in Preschool Education Management

信息公开在教育管理中起到了十分重要的作用,在学前教育管理过程中,要保障家长的知情权、参与权、评价权以及监督权,才能获得家长的信任,并更好地促进家园合作。本研究对于上海学前教育中家长"四权"的特征与内容进行梳理,分析当前上海学前教育中家长"四权"实行的现状,并提出一些建议与策略。

Information disclosure plays a very important role in education management. In the process of preschool education management,parents’ right to know,to participate,to evaluate and to supervise should be protected,so as to gain parents’ trust and better promote home cooperation. This study sorts out the characteristics and contents of the"four rights"of parents in Shanghai preschool education,analyzes the current situation of the implementation of the"four rights"of parents in Shanghai preschool education,and puts forward some Suggestions and strategies.
