摘要
"一千个人眼里有一千个哈姆雷特",每个学习者都是独特的个体,在"因材施教"理念下,要关注学习者的个性发展,尊重学习者的个性差异、能力差异等,实施差异化教学。差异化教学,可以说是因材施教的基础。本文将对区域活动中实施差异化教学的一些策略进行探究,认为应基于"差异化"理念,制定差异化的活动目标,做好区域环境多样化的创设,教师对幼儿的区域活动进行差异化指导,从这些方面出发,落实差异化教学,让每朵花都绽放出独特的魅力,关爱全体幼儿的个性发展,做"有质量"的幼儿教育。
"There are a thousand Hamlets in the eyes of a thousand people". Each learner is a unique individual. Under the concept of "teaching students according to their aptitude",we should pay attention to the development of learners’ personality,respect their differences in personality and ability,and implement differentiated teaching. Differentiated teaching is the basis of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. This paper will explore some strategies of implementing differentiated teaching in regional activities,and think that we should establish differentiated activity objectives based on the concept of "differentiation",and create diversified regional environment. Teachers should guide children’s regional activities differently. From these aspects,we should implement differentiated teaching,let each flower bloom its unique charm and care for all children Children’s personality development,do "quality" early childhood education.
