Reflections on English Vocabulary Teaching in Primary Schools

摘要 当前,小学英语教学并没有发现英语词汇教学的重要性,导致词汇学习在课堂上始终是附属过程,这将导致英语学习的综合问题。针对词汇学习,不同学校、不同教师都存在许多相同问题。为了解决这个问题,小学英语词汇教育需要做出深入探究和思考,可以根据自身问题做出很多策略进行实践。以此达到激发学生英语学习的兴趣,增强英语学习体验,丰富课堂氛围的目的,最终提高英语作为语言的掌握和运用能力。 At present,the importance of English vocabulary teaching has not been found in primary school English teaching.As a result,vocabulary learning is always a subsidiary process in the classroom,which will lead to comprehensive problems in English learning.For vocabulary learning,there are many similar problems in different schools and teachers.In order to solve this problem,primary school English vocabulary education needs to make in-depth exploration and thinking,and can make a lot of strategies to practice according to their own problems.In order to stimulate students’ interest in English learning,enhance English learning experience,enrich the classroom atmosphere,and ultimately improve the ability to master and use English as a language.
