摘要
在幼儿园的种植区里孩子在与植物、泥土、阳光、水以及各类工具的相互作用的过程中,了解植物与自然环境、与人类生活的关系,切身体验种植、管理的过程。大班幼儿有一定的自我管理能力,自主活动的愿望也越来越明显,这为他们在种植活动中的自主管理提供了更大的可能性。近阶段,我园的种植活动如火如荼地开展着,孩子们利用查资料、访问菜农等形式了解当季适合种植的果蔬并投票选出要种植的植物,自主收集、挑选种子并和小伙伴一起种植、一起管理,教师也能根据幼儿的兴趣和需要给与适当的支持。但是在管理的过程中出现了诸如管理内容不明确;管理人员安排不当;缺乏一定的管理规则等问题。针对这些问题,笔者拟依据实践探究提出几点建议,助力大班幼儿实现在种植活动中的自主管理。
In the planting area of the kindergarten,children understand the relationship between plants and the natural environment and human life in the process of interacting with plants,soil,sunlight,water and various tools,and experience the process of planting and management. Children in large classes have a certain degree of self-management ability,and the desire for autonomous activities is becoming more and more obvious,which provides greater possibilities for their autonomous management in planting activities. In the recent stage,the planting activities in our garden are in full swing. The children use the methods of checking information and visiting vegetable farmers to learn about the fruits and vegetables suitable for planting in the season and vote for the plants to be planted. Collect and select seeds independently and plant them with their friends,Manage together,teachers can also give appropriate support according to children’s interests and needs. However,in the process of management,problems such as unclear management content;improper arrangement of management personnel;lack of certain management rules have emerged. In response to these problems,the author intends to put forward a few suggestions based on practical exploration to help children in large classes realize their own management in planting activities.
