城乡帮扶——促进农村园教师专业发展的区域培训模式

摘要 城乡帮扶是我国城乡综合发展的重要政策,它希望实现城乡教育均衡发展、共同提高。在学前教育领域中,基于教育系统背景下的城乡幼儿园结对帮扶改造农村薄弱幼儿园实施方案已经全面实施。它坚持科学发展观念,希望全面改造农村教育薄弱环节,充分发挥学校优质教育资源的辐射带动作用,切实开展校际、园际帮扶教育活动。本文中主要探讨了平凉市崆峒区学前教育片区管理模式即城乡帮扶背景下促进农村幼儿园教师专业发展的区域培训模式建设基本思路与策略路径。 Urban and rural support is an important policy for the comprehensive development of urban and rural areas in China. It hopes to achieve balanced development and common improvement of urban and rural education. In the field of preschool education,the implementation plan of urban and rural kindergartens under the background of education system has been fully implemented. It adheres to the concept of scientific development,hopes to comprehensively transform the weak links of rural education,give full play to the radiation-driven role of high-quality educational resources in schools,and earnestly carry out inter-school and inter-garden education activities. This paper mainly discusses the management mode of preschool education in Kongtong District of Pingliang City,that is,the regional training mode to promote the professional development of rural kindergarten teachers under the background of urban and rural support Construction of basic ideas and strategic path.
