在幼儿教学过程中,笔者经常发现孩子在小组活动中,合作的能力有所欠缺,每个孩子几乎不擅长和其他幼儿合作,分享成果以及交流经验。因此,培养幼儿的合作意识与能力有着重要的意义。本文首先阐述了培养幼儿合作意识与能力的重要性,在此基础上着重探讨了幼儿教育中培养幼儿合作意识与能力的途径。

In the process of children’s teaching,the author often finds that children’s ability of cooperation is insufficient in group activities, and each child is hardly good at cooperating with other children, sharing achievements and exchanging experiences.Therefore,it is of great significance to cultivate children’s cooperative consciousness and ability.This paper first expounds the importance of cultivating children’s cooperative consciousness and ability,and on this basis focuses on the ways to cultivate children’s cooperative consciousness and ability in early childhood education.
