家校协同视角下学生品德教育实施的研究

Research on the implementation of students’ moral education from the perspective of home school cooperation

随着社会的发展以及文明社会的建设,对人们自身的素质也有了更高的要求,不仅要拥有较高专业技能和素养,而且还要拥有非常高的品格,所以学校在教育工作开展过程中应重视品德教育工作的开展,通过品德教育全面提升学生自身的素养。基于此,本文就针对家校协同视角下学生品德教育实施进行研究,首先阐述品德教育在初中教育中的重要性,然后分析当下品德教育中所存在的问题,再以此依据提出有效的实施措施,使得双方在协同合作上变得更加协调,充分发挥学校和家庭在品德教育方面的作用。希望通过文章的探讨能够为其他学校或是学校在品德教育上提供一定参考,从而全面提升学校自身的品德教育水平。

With the development of society and the construction of a civilized society,people’s own quality is also higher requirements,not only to have higher professional skills and quality,but also to have a very high character,so schools in the process of education should attach importance to the development of moral education,through moral education to comprehensively improve students’ own quality.Based on this,this paper studies the implementation of students’ moral education from the perspective of home school collaboration.First,it expounds the importance of moral education in junior high school education,and then analyzes the existing problems in moral education.Based on this,it puts forward effective implementation measures to make both sides more coordinated in cooperation and give full play to the role of school and family in moral education Use.Hope that through the discussion of the article can provide some reference for other schools or schools in moral education,so as to comprehensively improve the moral education level of the school itself.
