家庭教育与小学德育工作的有机结合

The organic combination of family education and moral education in primary schools

完整的德育体系需要社会、学校和家庭的全面参与,缺一不可。然而,作为德育中的重要组成部分,家庭德育在当下小学德育工作中存在缺位现象,导致德育工作目标难以顺利落实。文章先针对家庭教育与小学德育工作结合必要性进行分析,再从加强家校之间的密切联系、多渠道展开家庭教育指导、开展丰富多彩的实践活动这几个方面就家庭教育与小学德育工作的有机结合策略进行论述。

A complete moral education system needs the full participation of society,school and family.However,as an important part of moral education,the absence of family moral education in the current primary school moral education work leads to the difficulty in implementing the goal of moral education.This paper first analyzes the necessity of combining family education with primary school moral education,and then discusses the organic combination strategies of family education and primary school moral education from the aspects of strengthening the close relationship between home and school,launching family education guidance from multiple channels,and carrying out rich and colorful practical activities.
