幼小衔接视域下一年级班级管理现状调查的归因分析

幼小衔接是幼儿成长过程当中的重要环节,对于幼儿园和小学两种差别很大的教学阶段,幼儿的适应效果,转变成果都会直接影响到未来的发展,严重的甚至会影响到幼儿今后身心健康。而在幼小衔接这种特殊的条件下,小学一年级的班级管理就显得非常重要,本文主要通过记录汇报关于小学一年级班级管理现状的一次调研情况,分析一年级管理中存在的主要问题及原因,并且提出一些提高一年级班级管理和促进幼儿顺利进行幼小衔接、健康成长的建议举措。
