幼小衔接视域下一年级班级管理现状调查的归因分析 被引量:1

摘要 幼小衔接是幼儿成长过程当中的重要环节,对于幼儿园和小学两种差别很大的教学阶段,幼儿的适应效果,转变成果都会直接影响到未来的发展,严重的甚至会影响到幼儿今后身心健康。而在幼小衔接这种特殊的条件下,小学一年级的班级管理就显得非常重要,本文主要通过记录汇报关于小学一年级班级管理现状的一次调研情况,分析一年级管理中存在的主要问题及原因,并且提出一些提高一年级班级管理和促进幼儿顺利进行幼小衔接、健康成长的建议举措。 The connection between kindergarten and primary school is an important link in the process of children’s growth.For the two different teaching stages of kindergarten and primary school,children’s adaptation effect and transformation results will directly affect the future development,and even affect children’s physical and mental health in the future.And in the special conditions of the connection between kindergarten and primary school,the class management of grade one in primary school is very important.This paper mainly reports a survey on the current situation of class management of grade one in primary school,analyzes the main problems and causes in the management of grade one,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the class management of grade one and promote the smooth connection and healthy growth of children The proposed measures.
