摘要
在新课程改革的背景下,素质教育的理念日渐深入人心,德育教育作为素质教育的重要组成部分,受到了越来越多的关注与重视。而且,在现阶段社会经济高速发展的时代中,未来人才在具备扎实知识基础的同时更应具有高尚的品质和良好的道德修养。因此,这就需要教师应借助班级管理过程中班级文化建设这一隐形的德育课程,对学生进行德育的渗透教育,促进学生良好品德的培养与形成。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the concept of quality education has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As an important part of quality education,moral education has been paid more and more attention.Moreover,in the current era of rapid social and economic development,future talents should have noble quality and good moral cultivation while having a solid knowledge foundation.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to make use of the invisible moral education course of class culture construction in the process of class management to carry out moral education for students and promote the cultivation and formation of students’ good morality.
