摘要
小学阶段的学生由于年龄、性格的相互差异,在学习课堂上他们也展示出了较强的不同性。但是一些教师在进行数学教学时却没有领会到学生的个体差异,由此各类教学活动也难以保持学生在数学课堂上完成共同发展。针对此种状况,教师应该基于分层教学理念完成数学课堂改革,对学生提出新的学习发展要求。本文基于分层教学理念下的小学数学课堂开展方法展开探讨,提出了学生分层、目标分层、提问分层、作业分层等教学模式。希望由此保证学生的数学学习质量,完成数学课堂教学效果的提升。
Due to the differences in age and personality of primary school students,they also show strong differences in the learning class.However,some teachers do not understand the individual differences of students in mathematics teaching,so it is difficult for all kinds of teaching activities to maintain students’ common development in mathematics classroom.In view of this situation,teachers should complete the mathematics classroom reform based on the hierarchical teaching concept,and put forward new learning development requirements for students.Based on the concept of hierarchical teaching,this paper discusses the methods of primary school mathematics classroom development,and puts forward the teaching mode of students’ stratification,goal stratification,questioning stratification and homework stratification.Hope to ensure the quality of students’ mathematics learning and improve the effect of mathematics classroom teaching.
