促进幼儿园园本课程课程建设的管理策略

The drawing of kindergarten based curriculum should conform to the psychological development of children,follow the characteristics of physical stage,and be guided by professionals to promote the reasonable arrangement of bibliography.At the same time,in the process of curriculum development of kindergarten based curriculum,the kindergarten head needs to integrate the three aspects of parents,schools and teachers.It will help parents to integrate into school,promote children’s physical and mental health,and improve teachers’ professional skills.The in-depth exploration and development of kindergarten based curriculum is an important reform content of current kindergarten teaching.In this paper,how to strengthen the reasonable design of kindergarten based curriculum teaching,in order to promote the overall development of children,in order to make a modest contribution to China’s early childhood education.
