浅谈普惠性幼儿园未来的发展方向

On the future development direction of inclusive kindergarten

普惠性幼儿园是缓解"入园难"、"入园贵"问题的重要途径,对每个幼儿平等地接受学前教育具有重大的意义。本文采用问卷调查法,从教师、家长和社会各阶层三个维度,进行普惠性幼儿园的期待调查,着重用实证的数据来分析各阶层对普惠性幼儿园期待的方面及其期待程度。在研究结果的基础上,针对普惠性幼儿园发展的方向提出几点相关建议:建立面向大众、高质师资、安全放心、均衡发展、自由创新的普惠性幼儿园。

Inclusive kindergarten is an important way to alleviate the problem of"difficult to enter the kindergarten"and"expensive to enter the kindergarten".It is of great significance for every child to receive preschool education equally.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the expectations of inclusive kindergartens from the three dimensions of teachers,parents and all social strata.It focuses on the analysis of the aspects and degree of expectations of all levels for inclusive kindergartens with empirical data.On the basis of the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of inclusive Kindergartens:the establishment of inclusive kindergartens facing the public,high-quality teachers,safe and assured,balanced development and free innovation.
