教师的人格会直接影响学生的行为和思想,在学生品格的形成以及德行的发展中发挥着不可取代的作用。尤其是小学语文教师,作为学生文学、语言、思想、行为等多个方面的启蒙者,小学语文教师所承担的责任更重,因此也需要具备强大的人格魅力,潜移默化中促进小学生健康心理的形成。本文就以小学语文为内容,浅析教师人格魅力对小学生心理健康的影响以及相关策略。

Teachers’personality will directly affect students’behavior and thought,and play an irreplaceable role in the formation of students’character and the development of their morality.In particular,primary school Chinese teachers,as the Enlightenment of students’literature,language,thought,behavior and other aspects,primary school Chinese teachers bear more responsibilities,so they also need to have strong personality charm,imperceptibly promote the formation of healthy psychology of primary school students.This paper takes primary school Chinese as the content,analyzes the influence of teachers’personality charm on Pupils’mental health and relevant strategies.
