农村小学体育教学现状和对策研究

小学阶段的体育教学,承担着培养学生全面身体素质能力的目标,为发展学生的综合素养提升奠定基础的过程。社会化发展为农村教育教学的质量提升注入了新的力量,也加快了各个学科教学质量的显著提升。但是农村小学的体育教学受到地方教育的重视力度不够、学校对体育课程的教学效果不重视、体育专业的教师队伍缺乏等因素的影响,农村小学体育教学仍然面临着许多问题。基于此,本文从自身多年农村体育教学的实际情况出发,分析其滞后农村小学体育教育教学发展的原因,探讨在现有资源的基础上如何提高小学体育教学,为今后的农村小学体育教学提供有价值的参考资料,从而更有效的指导农村小学体育教学朝着更加健全、完善的方向发展。
