幼儿园体验式教学之我见

Experience teaching in kindergarten

随着素质教育全面渗透,传统灌输式教学已不适应于现代教育趋势和学生学习需求,长期以往还会消磨受教育者学习兴趣。全新的教育模式注重学生在掌握知识和技能中形成的良好体验,由此达到深刻理解和记忆知识目的。幼儿园教育作为基础教育起点,教师采取的教学方式受到各方关注。体验式教学彰显人文关怀特征,注重学生产生的切实体验,有效提高教学质量。对此,本文则从多方面分析在幼儿教育中开展体验式教学策略,望给予教师教学提供参考。

With the full penetration of quality education,the traditional indoctrination teaching has not adapted to the trend of modern education and students’learning needs.In the long run,it will also weaken the learning interest of the educated.The new education mode focuses on students’good experience in mastering knowledge and skills,so as to achieve the purpose of deep understanding and memory of knowledge.Kindergarten education as the starting point of basic education,the teaching methods adopted by teachers are concerned by all parties.Experiential teaching highlights the characteristics of humanistic care,pays attention to the practical experience of students,and effectively improves the quality of teaching.In this regard,this paper analyzes the implementation of experiential teaching strategies in early childhood education from many aspects,hoping to provide reference for teachers’teaching.
