摘要 初中是个关键的时期,可以说它处于小学和高中的连接处。起到的承上启下的作用自不必说。但是,处于此阶段的中学生的心智却不是十分健全,他们一切的观念尚处于建立之中。由幼稚过渡到成熟是需要一定的时间的。由此,班主任也要适时调整自己的工作状态。那么,在这个较为敏感的时期,班主任应该如何定位自己的身份,使得自己对班级的管理实现科学性和艺术性的统一,以此来解决管理中的难点问题,就显得至关重要。本文就此进行了粗浅的分析,仅供参考。 Junior high school is a key period,it can be said that it is at the junction of primary school and senior high school.It is needless to say that it plays a connecting role.However,the middle school students at this stage are not very sound minds,all their ideas are still in the establishment.It takes time to pass from naivety to maturity.Therefore,the head teacher should also adjust his working state timely.Then,in this sensitive period,how the head teacher should position their own identity,so that their management of the class to achieve the unity of science and art,in order to solve the difficult problems in management,it is crucial.This article has carried on the superficial analysis at this point,only provides the reference.
