Junior high school students are very rebellious,so the management of junior high school head teacher is quite difficult.Based on this,this paper takes the junior high school head teacher management work as the research object,mainly introduces the problems existing in the junior high school class teacher management work,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems of the junior high school class teacher class management,hoping to provide reference for those in need,so as to improve the level of class management.
