In today’s education reform,quality education is the principle that every educator must adhere to his daily work.The management of high school head teachers is very challenging and requires a lot of energy to manage students.And now the work nature of the class teacher has also undergone certain changes,and it is necessary to reform and innovate management concepts and methods within the class.This article first introduces the role of high school head teacher management,then analyzes the problems existing in the management of high school head teacher,and finally puts forward methods to effectively improve the quality of high school head teacher management to promote the good development of students.
