浅谈学校寄宿生管理的有效性

随着教育的不断进步与改革,教育水平较低地区的学生可以选择来到教育水平较高的城市学习,因此许多有条件的学生为了更好的学习选择了在学校寄宿,但同时这给学校老师和学生,家长都带了不同程度上的问题,急需解决。这不仅考验学生在社会人际交往过程中的处理能力,更考验教师的专业素质。本文就学生,老师和家长三个不同角度来论述。

With the continuous progress and reform of education,students in areas with lower education level can choose to study in cities with higher education level.Therefore,many students with conditions choose to live in schools for better learning.But at the same time,it brings problems to school teachers,students and parents in varying degrees,which needs to be solved urgently.This not only tests the students’handling ability in the process of social interpersonal communication,but also tests the professional quality of teachers.In this paper,students,teachers and parents three different angles to discuss.
