摘要
小学班主任的工作所发挥的作用不容忽视。目前,小学班主任工作中常常出现师生矛盾难协调、工作量大以及职业倦怠等等问题,严重影响了教学的有序开展,不利于学生的学业进步。激励策略有效实行能够改善小学班主任工作存在的问题。因此,本文提出了小学班主任在工作中可以从协调师生矛盾、理清激励主体、制定激励制度、执行激励策略和监督的多元主体等实施激励策略。
The role of the head teacher in primary school can not be ignored.At present,there are many problems in the work of primary school head teachers,such as difficult coordination between teachers and students,heavy workload and job burnout,which seriously affects the orderly development of teaching and is not conducive to students’academic progress.The effective implementation of incentive strategy can improve the problems existing in the work of primary school head teachers.Therefore,this paper puts forward that the primary school teacher in charge of class can implement the incentive strategy from the aspects of coordinating the contradiction between teachers and students,clarifying the incentive subject,formulating the incentive system,implementing the incentive strategy and supervising the multiple subjects.
