摘要
世界卫生组织曾对"健康"下的定义是:健康不但是指没有身体缺陷和疾病,而且是还要具有良好的生理、心理状态和社会适应能力。《幼儿园工作规程》中也明确强调培养幼儿对体育的兴趣,提高体能,增强体质和培养幼儿独立自信、大胆果断、不怕挫折等良好的个性心理素质。因此,对幼儿实施抗挫能力的教育,不仅是健康教育中的重要组成部分,更是促进幼儿身心全面发展的重要目标。
The World Health Organization once defined"health"as:health means not only the absence of physical defects and diseases,but also good physiological,psychological and social adaptability."Kindergarten work regulations"also clearly emphasizes the cultivation of children’s interest in sports,improving physical fitness,enhancing physical fitness and cultivating children’s independent self-confidence,bold and decisive,not afraid of setbacks and other good personality psychological quality.Therefore,the implementation of anti frustration education for children is not only an important part of health education,but also an important goal to promote the comprehensive development of children’s body and mind.
