摘要
初中生正处于步入青春期的关键阶段,在成长的过程中,身心的发展都较为容易受到情绪的干扰。在初中的心理健康的教育工作的开展中,需要结合实际的学生的心理健康的情况开展教学活动,进行针对性的训练和引导,还要在各个学科的教学中渗透相关的内容,使其养成良好的控制情绪和梳理情绪的习惯,加强家校合作,共同促进学生的身心的健康发展。
Junior high school students are in the key stage of adolescence,in the process of growth,physical and mental development are more prone to emotional interference.In junior high school mental health education work,requires a combination of the actual student’s psychological health situation to carry out teaching activities,targeted training and guidance,but also in the various disciplines teaching penetration related content,make them form a good habit of comb my emotions and mood,strengthen the family school cooperation,jointly promote the healthy development of student’s body and mind.
