摘要 思想品德教育是学生成长和发展阶段非常关键的部分,引导学生形成良好的思想品德,树立正确的三观,有利于推动学生的健康成长。特别在小学阶段,要发挥家长和学校的共同作用,对学生进行有效的引导。因此,本文阐述家校合作的内涵,分析家校合作过程中所存在的问题,提出有效的策略,加强对学生良好品德的培养,发挥家长与教师的榜样作用。在潜移默化的过程中,对学生产生影响。同时,要发挥学生的主体性,深入挖掘道德品德形成的内需动力,加强与学生的交流,开展实践活动,使学生在实践活动中学会明辨是非,提高自身能力,促进道德观念形成。 Ideological and moral education is a very important part of students’growth and development stage.Guiding students to form good ideological and moral character and establishing correct three views are conducive to promoting students’healthy growth.Especially in the primary school stage,parents and schools should play a joint role in guiding students effectively.Therefore,this paper expounds the connotation of home-school cooperation,analyzes the problems existing in the process of school cooperation,and puts forward effective strategies to strengthen the cultivation of students’good moral character and give full play to the role of parents and teachers as role models.In the process of imperceptible influence on students.At the same time,we should give full play to the students’subjectivity,dig deeply into the internal motive force of moral character formation,strengthen communication with students,and carry out practical activities,so that students can learn to distinguish right from wrong,improve their own ability,and promote the formation of moral concepts.
