摘要
幼儿的快乐成长与健康发展是幼儿园教育中最重要的命题,如何真正帮助幼儿在幼儿园中获得身心的健康发展,不仅需要教师的参与,更加需要家长的参与,只有家长与教师相互尊重、相互合作,家园共同参与到幼儿的教育过程中,达到幼儿教育的一致性,才能真正在生活与学习中促进幼儿身心全面和谐发展,因此需要关注实现家园共育的问题及对策,本文就家园共育中存在的问题及策略进行了简单分析。
The happy growth and healthy development of young children are the most important propositions in kindergarten education.How to really help young children to achieve healthy physical and mental development in kindergarten requires not only the participation of teachers,but also the participation of parents.Only parents and teachers respect each other,Cooperation with each other,homes participate in the education process of young children,and achieve the consistency of early childhood education,in order to truly promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of young children’s body and mind in life and learning,so we need to pay attention to the problems and countermeasures of realizing home education.This article makes a simple analysis of the problems and strategies in Home-kindergarten cooperative education.
