Family education is more and more important for human growth in the new period,but many families can not provide theoretical family education,which not only affects the physical and mental health of minors,but also seriously interferes with school education.So for the head teacher how to guide and guide good family education has become a new thinking.In this paper,from the current situation of family education,existing problems,the guiding role of the head teacher and the new tasks of the class teacher studio,the author expounds and discusses the effective ways to guide family education.
