创新管理模式 促进幼儿园青年教师专业化发展

Innovative Management Model to Promote the Professional Development of Kindergarten Young Teachers

摘要 当下,随着幼儿园教育改革发展的不断推动下,幼儿园教师资源呈年轻化趋势,所以,青年教师是当下幼儿园的教育主力军,而这些青年教师的专业水平是与幼儿园教育直接挂钩的。为了推动幼儿园教育改革的发展,为了实现幼儿园的可持续发展,幼儿园教育应当不断创新管理模式,提高青年教师的专业素质,推动幼儿园青年教师的专业化发展,从而保证幼儿园不断发展、保持活力,以适应幼儿园教育改革的发展趋势。 At present,with the continuous promotion of the reform and development of kindergarten education,the resources of kindergarten teachers are becoming younger.Therefore,young teachers are the main force of the current kindergarten education,and the professional level of these young teachers is directly linked to the kindergarten education.In order to promote the development of kindergarten education reform and to achieve the sustainable development of kindergarten,kindergarten education should continuously innovate management models,improve the professional quality of young teachers,and promote the professional development of young kindergarten teachers,so as to ensure that kindergartens continue to develop and maintain vitality.Adapt to the development trend of kindergarten education reform.
