福利机构中的儿童由于种种特殊的原因,失去了原本属于自己的家庭。多数儿童在成年后需要走上社会,开始自给自足的生活,组建属于自己的全新家庭,成为社会生活的参与者和贡献者。这时的他们不再是孤儿,而是一个新家庭的创造者和守护者。如何更好的帮助这些儿童在成长过程中完成人生角色的转变,更好的融入社会生活和社会发展,更好的胜任今后在家庭中所承担的角色,成为一个有着丰富的情感,热爱生活积极向上的人,需要福利机构中的老师在儿童成长过程中给予指导和帮助。

Due to various special reasons,children in welfare institutions have lost their original family.Most of the children need to enter the society,start self-sufficient life,form their own new families,and become the participants and contributors of social life.At this time,they are no longer orphans,but the creators and guardians of a new family.How to better help these children complete the transformation of life role in the process of growth,better integrate into social life and social development,better competent for the future role in the family,and become a person with rich emotions,love life and positive,need the guidance and help of teachers in welfare institutions in the process of childre’s growth.
