摘要
把培养创新人才作为中国教育改革与发展的重要目标是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》明确提出的。小学《劳动与技术》课程作为小学基础课程之一,更是提高学生的技术素养、培养学生创新能力的一个主要阵地。在小学《劳动与技术》课堂教学中可以通过采用营造宽松氛围,激发学生的创新意识;创设问题情境,培养学生的创新思维;转变学习方式,激活学生的创新潜能;采用激励评价,强化学生的创新意识;搭建课外舞台,培养学生创新能力等策略来培养学生的创新能力。
Taking the cultivation of innovative talents as an important goal of China’s education reform and development is clearly stated in the"National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Planning Outline(2010-2020)".The elementary school"Labor and Technology"course is one of the elementary school basic courses,and it is also a major position to improve students’technical literacy and cultivate students’innovative ability.In the classroom teaching of"Labor and Technology"in elementary school,students can create a relaxed atmosphere to stimulate students’awareness of innovation;create problem situations to cultivate students’innovative thinking;transform learning methods and activate students’innovative potential;adopt incentive evaluation to strengthen students’Innovation consciousness;build extra-curricular stage,cultivate students’innovation ability and other strategies to cultivate students’innovation ability.
