幼儿自主游戏中教师有效观察的实践研究

摘要 在落实学前教育的过程中,许多教师以幼儿自主游戏为依据,将创造性的教学元素和教学理念融入其中,保障幼儿在一个更加自由且宽松的实践氛围之下主动参与不同的游戏活动,提高个人的实践能力。幼儿阶段的教育教学内容比较简单,幼儿的主动参与最为关键,但是幼儿的社会生活实践经验不足,人生阅历较少,自我控制能力和反思能力相对较差,对教师比较依赖,因此教师的恰当引导以及有效观察则显得非常关键。教师必须要站在幼儿的角度关注幼儿的成长和发展轨迹,通过有效观察来明确后期的教育教学指导方向,保障幼儿能够在自主游戏活动参与的过程中实现个人的良性成长及发展。 In the process of implementing pre-school education,many teachers use creative teaching elements and teaching ideas as a basis for children’s autonomous games to ensure that children actively participate in different game activities under a more free and relaxed practice atmosphere.Improve personal practical ability.The content of education and teaching in the early childhood stage is relatively simple,and the active participation of the young children is the most critical,but the young children’s social life practice experience is insufficient,the life experience is less,the self-control ability and the reflection ability are relatively poor,and the teacher is more dependent,so the teacher’s appropriate guidance And effective observation is critical.Teachers must pay attention to the growth and development trajectory of children from the perspective of children,and clarify the direction of later education and teaching through effective observation to ensure that children can achieve their own benign growth and development in the process of participating in independent game activities.
