氢燃料电池电动汽车氢气量检测装置的设计 被引量:2

摘要 根据氢燃料电池的工作原理和车载储氢瓶的结构,设计一种基于霍尔传感器的氢气量检测装置。储氢瓶氢气量发生改变时,瓶内压强发生改变,使得霍尔传感器发生位移,位移量则产生了电量,通过电量反映储氢瓶内剩余的氢气量。实验测试表明,设计的氢气量检测装置具有电量结构简单、准确度高、经济高效的优点。 According to working principle of hydrogen fuel cell and structure of vehicle hydrogen storage bottle,hydrogen quantity measuring device based on Hall sensor is designed.When the amount of hydrogen gas in the hydrogen storage bottle changes,the pressure in the bottle changes,which makes the hall sensor displace,and the displacement produces the electric quantity,which reflects the remaining amount of hydrogen in the hydrogen storage bottle.The experimental results show that the designed hydrogen detection device has the advantages of simple electric quantity structure,high accuracy and economic efficiency.
