生命政治学视域下的新冠疫情分析

新冠疫情已经超出了一般的医疗卫生健康领域而成为一个社会事件。作为一种社会分析的范式,生命政治学为我们理解新冠疫情及其防"疫"措施提供了一个相对完整的视野。福柯的生命政治学以人口的健康为基础和纽带,发展出一整套社会治理的技术。而埃斯波西托在福柯生命政治学的基础上发展出一套新的解释框架,即免疫是社会共同体安全的重要内在机制。针对此次新冠疫情中所呈现出来的诸多社会现象和应对措施,福柯和埃斯波西托的生命政治学所侧重的不同理论维度为我们提供了不同的理解路径。

The new crown epidemic is no longer a matter of the general medical and health field,but a social event.As a paradigm of social analysis,Biopolitics provides us with a relatively complete perspective for understanding the new crown epidemic and its prevention measures.Foucault's Biopolitics developed a complete set of social governance techniques based on the health of the population.And Esposito developed a new interpretation framework based on Foucault's biopolitics.From Esposito's point of view,Immunity is an important immanent mechanism of social community security.In response to the social phenomena and measures presented in this new crown epidemic,Foucault and Esposito's Biopolitics have provided us with different approach.
