基于有限元分析和DR检测的110 kV GIS ZF4-126型环氧树脂支撑绝缘杆缺陷分析 被引量:6

Defect Analysis of 110 kV GIS ZF4-126 Epoxy Resin Support Insulation Rod Based on Finite Element Analysis and DR Testing

摘要 首先对4个变电站中216根110 kV GIS ZF4-126型环氧树脂支撑绝缘杆进行了DR无损检测,由检测结果将支撑绝缘杆缺陷分类。其次利用ANSYS有限元仿真计算支撑绝缘杆实际工况下的总变形以及绝缘杆的固有频率及相应振型。然后借助DR检测结果,结合有限元仿真结果得出造成支撑绝缘杆缺陷主要原因为绝缘杆上端面承受压力作用,造成绝缘杆径向环氧树脂被挤压形成鼓包和分层。最后根据缺陷原因对绝缘杆进行优化设计,并通过有限元仿真验证了该设计的合理性。该型号环氧树脂支撑绝缘杆的缺陷分析及优化方法为其他一般环氧树脂支撑绝缘杆的缺陷检测和产品优化提供了理论参考,具有工程应用价值。 DR non-destructive tests have been performed on 216 110 kV GIS ZF4-126 epoxy resin support insulation rods in four substations. The test results were classified by the insulation rod defects.Secondly,ANSYS finite element simulation is adopted to calculate the total deformation under the actual conditions and its natural frequency as well as the corresponding vibration mode. By combining DR test results with the finite element simulation results,it is found that the main reason for the defect of the supporting insulation rod is that the upper end face of the insulation rod is subjected to pressure,causing the radial epoxy of the insulation rod to be extruded to form bulging and delamination. Considering to above-mentioned defect reasons,the insulation rod is optimized. The rationality of the design is also verified by finite element simulation. The defect analysis and optimization method of this type of epoxy resin support insulation rod provides a theoretical reference for defect detection and product optimization of other general epoxy resin support insulation rods.
