静态载荷下盘形悬式绝缘子形变特性研究 被引量:7

Study on Stress-Strain Characteristics of Cap and Pin Insulator Under Static Load

摘要 机械强度属于盘形悬式绝缘子的重要指标,但在机械试验中会出现盘形绝缘子形变。为研究机械试验过程中各部件的承力及形变情况,本文以120~550 kN的盘形悬式瓷、玻璃绝缘子为研究对象,以金属材料弹性模量计算方法为基础,开展了盘形悬式绝缘子的应力应变特性研究。研究表明,盘形绝缘子形变主要集中在铁帽和钢脚处,其前期的弹性模量受到铁帽形状设计的影响,其形变值大于铸铁材料形变值的10倍;根据Inglis理论和Griffith能量平衡理论,尽管水泥碎裂产生的势能释放有一部分由沥青的缓冲,但脆性材料的碎裂导致钢脚的应力集中,进而进入塑性形变。对120~550 kN绝缘子的整体弹性模量进行了测量,其弹性模量范围在19 712. 45~23 726. 10 MPa。研究可为绝缘子的运维及产品设计提供参考。 Mechanical strength is an important index of cap and pin insulator. But the deformation of insulator may appear in the mechanical test. In order to study the bearing capacity and mechanical deformation of each component during mechanical test,this paper studies the stress-strain characteristics of disk-type suspended porcelain and glass insulators with 120 k N ~ 550 kN as the research object based on the calculation method of elastic modulus of metal materials. The results show that the deformation of disk insulator is mainly concentrated at the cap and pin. The early elastic modulus is influenced by the shape design of iron cap,and its deformation value is 10 times larger than that of cast iron. According to Inglis theory and Griffith energy balance theory,although the potential energy released by cement cracking is partially buffered by asphalt,the fracture of brittle materials leads to the stress concentration on the steel feet,and then enters the plastic deformation. The elastic modulus of cap and pin insulator with different tonnage was measured,and the elastic modulus was 19 712. 45 MPa ~ 23 726. 10 MPa. The research can provide reference for the operation,maintenance and product design of insulators.
