摘要
基于高固含量正极浆料开发需求,分别应用湿法、半干法及干法三种合浆工艺制备磷酸铁锂正极浆料。应用粘度计、旋转流变仪、扫描电镜(SEM)对其状态及性能进行对比分析。试验结果表明,应用半干法工艺能够提升浆料固含量和稳定性,合浆过程可节省NMP用量,有助于提高涂布速度,降低生产成本。
Based on the development requirement of cathode slurry with high solid content,LiFePO4 cathode slurry was prepared by three different stirring processes including wet process,semidry process and dry process.Then the effect and stage of slurry was analyzed by viscometer,rotational rheometer and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the solid content and stability of the slurry could be improved by using semi-dry process,and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP)solvent could be saved.In addition,slurry with high solid content could be benefit to improve the coating speed and reduce the production cost.
