Analysis on Battery Regulation of Consumer Goods Risk Early-warning System for CPSC in USA

我国出口美国电池数量和货值稳步攀升的同时,美国消费品安全委员会(CPSC)对我国出口电池召回通报也时有发生。召回通报使企业遭遇经济损失的同时,也对我国电池行业的形象造成不良影响。为帮助我国电池企业更好地应对CPSC的要求,本文对CPSC的电池法规进行深入解读,以期为电池出口企业提供必要的参考,避免出口电池产品因安全风险被通报召回。

The quantity and value of batteries exported from China to the United States have been rising steadily.At the same time,recall notices to battery exported from China were also released by the Consumer Product Safety Commission(CPSC)of USA,which causing the enterprises to suffer economic losses and having a negative impact on the image of battery industry of China.In order to help Chinese battery enterprises to meet the requirements of CPSC better,an in-depth interpretation of the battery laws and regulations in CPSC is made in this paper,in order to provide necessary reference for battery export enterprises and avoid the recall of battery products due to safety risks.
