在"一带一路"框架下,海湾地区已成为"一带一路"建设西段的关键环节,我国与海湾地区经贸往来日益频繁,国内铅酸电池出口海湾地区的业务量呈现上升态势。目前所有海湾合作委员会成员国均要求进口汽车起动铅酸电池须按照海湾GCC认证要求提供标准GSO34:2007和GSO35:2007的测试报告。本文对标准GSO34:2007和GSO35:2007进行解析,分析其与国家标准的异同点,以期为出口海湾地区的国内铅酸电池企业和认证机构提供技术参考。

Under the framework of"Belt and Road",the Gulf has become a key link in the western part of the"Belt and Road"construction.The economic and trade exchanges between China and the Gulf are increasingly frequent,and the volume of domestic lead-acid battery exported to the Gulf is on the rise.At present,all GCC members require imported lead-acid batteries for automobile starters to provide GSO34:2007 and GSO35:2007 test reports in accordance with the GCC certification requirements.In this paper,the similarities and differences between GSO and national standards are analyzed,to provide technical reference for domestic lead-acid battery Enterprises and certification bodies exported to the Gulf.
