摘要 近年来,随着光伏组件、智能控制系统和发光二极管光源负载等关键部件成本下降和产品技术创新,太阳能路灯已广泛应用于市郊、公园和新农村地区的非主干道照明,具有节能环保、安全性高、安装维护便捷等优点。传统铅酸蓄电池用于太阳能路灯存在着低的荷电状态恢复能力差、充电恒流比低、使用寿命短等客观不利因素;在户外环境下,储能用锂电池过放电恢复能力强、充放电效率高、节能减耗、长寿命等电性能特性和优势,更适合在太阳能路灯领域应用,并逐步替代铅酸电池;储能用锂电池比能量高,相同储存电量,质量和体积不到铅酸蓄电池的1/3,促进了各种集成式太阳能照明的发展。建议政府有关部门对新能源照明产业,给予政策扶持、完善标准体系,加强监管。 In recent years,with the cost reduction of key components such as photovoltaic modules,intelligent control systems and light emitting diode light source loads,and product technology innovation,solar street lights have been widely used in non-main road lighting in suburbs,parks and new rural areas,which are energy-saving,environmentally friendly,and high security,convenient installation and maintenance.Traditional lead-acid batteries used in solar street lights have objective disadvantage,such as poor recovery from low state of charge,low charging constant current ratio,and short service life.In outdoor environments,lithium batteries for energy storage have strong over-discharge recovery capabilities and charge-discharge efficiency.Electrical performance characteristics and advantages such as high energy saving,low consumption,long life,etc.,are more suitable for application in the field of solar street lights,and gradually replace leadacid batteries,lithium batteries for energy storage have higher specific energy,and the same storage power,mass and volume are less than lead-acid one third of the battery has promoted the development of various integrated solar lighting.It is suggested that relevant government departments give policy support to the new energy lighting industry,improve the standard system,and strengthen supervision.
