急诊护理流程优化对急性心肌梗死患者冠脉介入治疗时间及复发的影响

Effect of emergency nursing process optimization on time and recurrence of coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的研究分析急诊护理流程优化对急性心肌梗死患者冠脉介入治疗时间及复发的影响。方法选取我院在2018年6月至2019年6月收治的100例急性心肌梗死患者为主要研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组进行常规急诊护理,观察组进行优化常规急诊护理模式。对比两组抢救用时和预后情况。结果观察组抢救用时显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组预后情况显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死患者进行急诊护理流程优化,能够有效缩短抢救时间,预后效果较好,在临床上具有积极意义,十分值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of emergency nursing process optimization on the time and recurrence of coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the main research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency nursing,and the observation group optimized the routine emergency nursing mode.The rescue time and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue time of the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimization of emergency nursing process for patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively shorten the rescue time and have good prognosis effect,which has positive significance in clinical practice and is worth popularizing.
