腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术治疗进展期胃癌的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted D2 radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications

目的观察腹腔镜胃癌D2根治术治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法选取本院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的50例进展期远端胃癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各25例,参照组行胃癌D2根治术,研究组行腔镜辅助D2根治术,对比两组疗效。结果研究组切口长度、术中出血量,肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间与住院时间优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔镜手术有助胃肠恢复,预防并发症,更安全,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect and postoperative complication rate of laparoscopic D2 radical gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 50 patients with advanced stage admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the reference group(n=25)and the study group(n=25)using a random number table.The reference group received D2 resection,study group received laparoscopic resection to compare effects.Results The incision length,blood loss,bowel sound recovery,defecation time and hospital stay were better in study group,P<0.05.The complications in study group was lower than reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopicresection is helpful for gastrointestinal function,speeding up recovery,preventing complications,high safety,and effective treatment.
