中药膏方+生物反馈治疗慢传输型功能性便秘患者的效果分析

Application value of traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with biofeedback scheme in patients with slow transit functional constipation

目的探究中药膏方+生物反馈治疗慢传输型功能性便秘患者效果。方法选取本院从2018年1月至2020年12月收治的80例慢传输型功能性便秘患者为研究对象,依据随机数据分组方法将所有患者分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组给予生物反馈方案,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药膏方治疗,观察两组临床症状评分、复发率、总有效率。结果治疗后,观察组排便间隔、大便形态以及排便困难等评分较对照组低,观察组停药1个月、2个月后,便秘复发率较对照组低,观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药膏方联合生物反馈方案治疗慢传输型功能性便秘患者,可显著减少临床症状,降低复发率,疗效显著,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with biofeedback scheme in patients with slow transit functional constipation.Methods 80 patients with slow transit functional constipation treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random data grouping method,all patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given biofeedback scheme,and the observation group was treated with Chinese ointment on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom score,recurrence rate and Total efficiency.Results After treatment,the scores of defecation interval,stool shape and defecation difficulty in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The recurrence rate of constipation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group one month and two months after drug withdrawal.The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%).There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with biofeedback scheme in the treatment of patients with slow transit functional constipation can significantly reduce clinical symptoms and recurrence rate.It has significant curative effect and high clinical application value.
