缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀治疗高血压伴高血脂的临床观察

Clinical observation of valsartan combined with simvastatin in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia

目的分析在高血压伴高血脂患者临床治疗中采用缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀的效果。方法选取我院2020年2月至2021年1月收治的70例高血压伴高血脂患者,根据其入院顺序分为常规组和观察组,各35例,常规组患者使用辛伐他汀进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联合缬沙坦进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压以及血脂各指标变化。结果治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平无比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项指标均得到明显改善,并且观察组患者改善程度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压伴高血脂患者临床治疗中采用缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀取得良好效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of valsartan combined with simvastatin in the clinical treatment of hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.Method Of this research object to choose our hospital 70 cases of patients with hyperlipidemia with high blood pressure,according to the hospital order divided into conventional group and observation group,35 cases,normal group of patients using simvastatin combined valsartan treatment group patients for treatment,compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood lipids index changes.Results The results showed that before treatment,there were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,triglyceride,serum total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol levels between the two groups,P>0.05 had no statistical significance.After treatment,all indexes in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement degree in the observation group was more significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with simvastatin is effective in the clinical treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia.
