延续护理在胃肠外科肠造口患者中的运用研究

Application of continuous nursing in patients with enterostomy in gastrointestinal surgery

目的分析在胃肠外科肠造口患者护理工作中采用延续护理干预的应用价值。方法本次研究以本院胃肠外科收治的110例肠造口患者为调查对象,采用随机硬币法将其分为常规组和干预组,各55例,常规组采用肠造口传统护理,干预组增加延续护理,对比两组患者并发症发生率和满意度评分情况。结果经过对肠造口患者调查表明,干预组并发症发生率显著低于常规组,而满意度则明显高于常规组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠外科肠造口患者护理中采用延续护理干预可有效降低患者并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the application value of continuous nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with enterostomy in gastrointestinal surgery.Methods In this study,110 cases of enterostomy patients admitted to the gastrointestinal surgery department of our hospital were investigated.They were divided into the conventional group and the intervention group by random coin method,with 55 cases in each group.The conventional group received traditional enterostomy nursing and the intervention group received extended nursing.Results A survey of patients with enterostomy showed that the complication rate of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,and the satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of continuous nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with enterostomy in gastrointestinal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
