身心化护理在急性下肢动脉栓塞术后护理的应用效果及护理满意度分析

Application effect and nursing satisfaction analysis of psychosomatic nursing after acute lower extremity arterial embolization

目的探究分析身心化护理在急性下肢动脉栓塞术后护理的应用效果及护理满意度影响。方法本次研究的起止时间分别为2020年7月与2020年12月,从研究期内随机抽取我院收治的70名急性下肢动脉栓塞患者作为观察对象,按照随机数字法将70名患者平均分为两组,一组实施常规护理,并编组为对照组,一组实施身心化护理,并编组为观察组,对不同护理实施模式下患者护理前后疼痛指标、心理状态改善情况,对护理的满意度进行比较。结果护理前两组患者心理焦虑、抑郁状态评分,VAS疼痛评分相比无明显差异,护理后观察组患者焦虑、抑郁状态评分,VAS疼痛评分下降程度明显高于对照组患者,(P<0.05);观察组中97.14%的患者对护理表示总体满意,对照组中82.86%的患者对护理表示总体满意,(χ2=3.9683,P=0.0463)。结论身心化护理能够帮助改善急性下肢动脉栓塞患者的负面情绪,缓解疼痛症状,提高患者的护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the analysis of psychosomatic nursing in acute lower limb artery embolism after the application of nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute arterial embolism of the lower extremity were randomly selected from the study period.The study period was July 2020 and December 2020,respectively,according to the method of random number,70 patients were divided into two groups,one group was given routine nursing,the other group was given psychosomatic nursing,and the other group was given observation group,to compare the pain index and psychological state of patients under different nursing modes before and after nursing,and to compare the satisfaction degree of nursing.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups before the nursing.After the nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)97.14%of the patients in the observation group were satisfied with the overall care,and 82.86%of the patients in the control group were satisfied with the overall care(χ2=3.9683,P=0.0463).Conclusion Psychosomatic nursing can help to improve the negative emotion of patients with acute lower limb arterial embolism,relieve pain symptoms,and improve patients’satisfaction with nursing.
