产科护理对妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养认识的护理干预研究

Study on nursing intervention of obstetric nursing on breast feeding of pregnant women with pregnancy complications

目的为了深入研究对妊娠合并症产妇实施产科护理干预后,产妇母乳喂养护理效果。方法选取我院2019年9月至2020年9月期间收治的妊娠合并症产妇共102例,将其随机分组,给予产科护理干预措施组为研究组,给予常规护理干预措施组为参照组,研究组和参照组各51例产妇。对比两组产妇母乳喂养护理效果。结果干预期结束后,研究组妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养护理效果显著优于参照组妊娠合并症产妇。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对妊娠合并症产妇实施产科护理干预,可有效改善产妇母乳喂养护理效果,故方案值得推广。

Objective In order to study the effect of maternal breast-feeding after obstetrical nursing intervention for pregnant women with complications.Methods A total of 102 pregnant women with complications of pregnancy who were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into two groups:the Obstetric Nursing Intervention Group as the study group and the routine nursing intervention group as the control group,there were 51 parturients in study group and 51 parturients in control group.Objective:to compare the nursing effect of breast feeding between two groups of parturients.Results After the intervention period,the effect of breast-feeding nursing in the study group was better than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Obstetrical nursing intervention on pregnant women with pregnancy complication can improve the nursing effect of breast-feeding effectively,so the program is worth popularizing.
