近视患者SMILE手术前后视觉相关生活质量分析

Analysis of vision related quality of life in myopic patients before and after smile surgery

目的调查飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)对近视患者视觉相关生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年6月至2019年3月在我科行SMILE手术的近视患者98例(186眼),利用中文版美国国立眼科研究所视功能问卷(NEI-VFQ250)在术前和术后3个月对患者进行问卷调查并分析比较评分结果的差异。结果患者术前综合得分平均为(54.76±25.46),术后3个月评分为(72.72±23.38),二者比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。术后评分中不同年龄、性别比较有差异性(P<0.05),项目中改善最明显的有总视力、远近视力相关活动、周边视力等17条,差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NEI-VFQ250衡量患者生活质量的变化敏感有效,SMILE治疗近视可提升患者视觉相关生活质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of vision-related quality of life on patients with myopia after SMILE surgery.Methods The NEI-VFQ250 was applied to patients by questionnaire before operation and at 3 months after operation.The score results were analyzed and compared.Results The average score of the patients before operation was(54.76±25.46)and(72.72±23.38)at 3 months after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There were differences in the postoperative scores of different ages and genders,total vision,distance and peripheral vision,etc.,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NEI-VFQ250 is sensitive and effective in measuring changes in patients’quality of life.SMILE could improve vision-related quality of life.
